The foundation for my approach is my Degree in Kinesiology I achieved from the University of Guelph.
Next, I achieved a Diploma in Massage Therapy from the Canadian College of Massage Therapy, and went on to became a Teaching Assistant in Orthopaedic Assessments.
I continued my education with Functional Range Systems (FRS). Currently, I integrate Function Range Assessments (FRA), teach Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), and am working towards providing Functional Range Release (FRR).
My goal is to practice Osteopathy.
I use my extensive knowledge and experience of biomechanics, assessments, and function motion to inform my treatments.
